Introduction

Oracle Global Services Platform (GSP) is a cloud-based service that provides a single, unified platform for managing global services operations. GSP enables organizations to standardize and automate their service processes, improve visibility and control, and reduce costs.

Getting Started

To get started with GSP, you will need to create an account and set up your organization's profile. Once you have done this, you can start adding users and services to your account.

Creating an Account

To create an account, go to the GSP website and click on the "Sign Up" button. You will be prompted to provide your email address, name, and password. Once you have filled out the form, click on the "Create Account" button.

Setting Up Your Organization's Profile

Once you have created an account, you will need to set up your organization's profile. To do this, click on the "Organization" tab in the top menu bar. On the organization's profile page, you will need to provide your organization's name, address, and contact information. You will also need to specify the currency that you will be using for billing purposes.

Adding Users

To add users to your account, click on the "Users" tab in the top menu bar. On the users page, you can add new users by clicking on the "Add User" button. Adding Services

Managing Services

Once you have added services to your account, you can manage them from the services page. On the services page, you can view the details of each service, update the service's information, and delete the service.

Viewing Service Details

To view the details of a service, click on the service's name in the services list. On the service details page, you can view the service's name, description, type, SLA, and status. You can also view the list of users who have access to the service.

Updating Service Information

To update the information for a service, click on the "Edit" button on the service details page. You can then make changes to the service's name, description, type, SLA, and status. You can also add or remove users from the service's access list.

Deleting a Service

To delete a service, click on the "Delete" button on the service details page. You will be prompted to confirm that you want to delete the service. Once you have confirmed the deletion, the service will be permanently deleted from your account.

Reporting

GSP provides a variety of reports that can help you track your service performance and usage. To access the reports, click on the "Reports" tab in the top menu bar. On the reports page, you can view a list of all available reports. You can also filter the reports by service, date range, and other criteria.

Billing

GSP is a subscription-based service. You will be billed monthly for the services that you use. Your bill will be based on the number of services that you have subscribed to, the usage of your services, and the type of SLA that you have chosen. You can view your bill online by clicking on the "Billing" tab in the top menu bar.
