1. Jumping Jacks

Jump your feet out to the sides while simultaneously raising your arms overhead. Jump your feet back together and lower your arms to your sides. Repeat for 30 seconds.

Lower your body towards the ground by bending your elbows. Keep your back straight and your core engaged. Push back up to the starting position. Repeat for 20 seconds.

Squats are a great way to tone your legs and glutes. To do a squat, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Lower your hips towards the ground by bending your knees. Keep your back straight and your chest up. Return to the starting position. Repeat for 30 seconds.
