Next, discuss the different aspects of psychological health. These include:
Emotional well-being: This refers to a child's ability to manage their emotions and respond to stress in a healthy way.
Social well-being: This refers to a child's ability to build and maintain healthy relationships with others.
Cognitive well-being: This refers to a child's ability to think clearly, problem-solve, and learn new things.

3. The importance of psychological health (10 minutes)

Discuss the importance of psychological health. Explain that psychological health is essential for children's overall well-being and success in all areas of their lives.

4. Strategies for promoting psychological health (15 minutes)

Brainstorm a list of strategies for promoting psychological health in the classroom. These strategies could include:
