Procedure:
1. Introduction (5 minutes)
* Begin by asking students what they know about mental health.

2. Activity: Identifying Mental Health Issues (10 minutes)
* Divide students into small groups.
* Provide each group with a list of different mental health issues.

3. Discussion: Importance of Seeking Help (15 minutes)
