Humpty Dumpty

Exercise: Jumping jacks
Lyrics:
Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall,
Humpty Dumpty had a great fall.
All the king's horses and all the king's men
Couldn't put Humpty together again.

Instructions:
While singing the first line, stand with your feet apart and your arms at your sides. Jump up and bring your feet together while simultaneously raising your arms above your head. Repeat for the second line.

Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star

Exercise: Arm circles
Lyrics:
Twinkle, twinkle, little star,
How I wonder what you are!

Instructions:

Instructions:

Instructions:
Stand with your feet apart. Bring your right knee toward your chest, then quickly return it to the starting position. Repeat with your left leg.

Instructions:
