Procedure:1. Introduction (5 minutes)

2. Emotion Identification (10 minutes)
* Show the students emotion cards or pictures.
* Ask them to name the emotions and identify how it makes their body feel.
* Discuss how different situations and experiences can trigger different emotions.
3. Emotion Regulation (15 minutes)
* Divide the students into small groups.
* Give each group a ball of playdough or clay.
* Ask them to use the playdough to create a representation of an emotion.
* Encourage them to describe how the playdough feels and how they can use it to regulate their emotions.
4. Coping Strategies (10 minutes)
