* 1/4 cup milk
* 1 egg
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
* 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
Instructions1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a large bowl, combine oats, flour, peanut butter, honey, milk, egg, vanilla, baking soda, and salt.
3. Stir in nuts and raisins, if desired.
4. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
6. Let cool on wire racks.
