1. Superman

2. Bird Dog
Start on your hands and knees with your hands directly under your shoulders and your knees directly under your hips. Extend your right arm forward and your left leg backward at the same time, holding them for a few seconds before returning them to the starting position. Repeat on the other side, extending your left arm and right leg. Do 10-12 repetitions on each side.
3. Back Extension
Lie on your stomach with your hands behind your head. Lift your upper body off the ground, keeping your back straight and your core engaged. Hold for a few seconds before lowering back down. Repeat for 10-12 repetitions.
4. Rowing
Sit on a rowing machine or hold a pair of dumbbells in front of you. Pull the handles or dumbbells towards your chest, keeping your back straight and your core engaged. Hold for a few seconds before returning to the starting position. Repeat for 10-12 repetitions.
5. Deadlift
Stand with your feet hip-width apart and a barbell in front of you. Bend over and grab the barbell with an overhand grip, your hands slightly wider than your shoulders. Lift the barbell off the ground by extending your knees and hips, keeping your back straight and your core engaged. Hold for a few seconds before lowering it back down. Repeat for 10-12 repetitions.
