Procedure:
1. Introduction (5 minutes)
* Begin by asking students what they think mental health is.
* Write their responses on the whiteboard or chart paper.
* Define mental health as "the state of being emotionally and psychologically healthy."
2. Identifying Ways to Take Care of Mental Health (15 minutes)
* Discuss with students different ways they can take care of their mental health.
* Write their responses on the whiteboard or chart paper.
* Examples may include:
* Exercise
* Eating healthy foods
* Getting enough sleep
* Spending time with loved ones
* Doing activities that bring joy
* Managing stress effectively
3. Healthy and Unhealthy Coping Mechanisms (10 minutes)
