* One 5/8-inch diameter eye bolt
* One 5/8-inch diameter carriage bolt

* One garden hose (50 feet)

Instructions1. Cut the 2x4s to the following lengths:
* Two pieces at 8 feet long
* Two pieces at 3 feet long
2. Cut the 2x6s to the following lengths:
* Four pieces at 8 feet long
3. Cut the 4x4s to the following lengths:
* Four pieces at 3 feet long
4. Assemble the base of the cart by attaching the 2x4s to the 2x6s with 3-inch wood screws. The 2x4s should be placed on the inside of the 2x6s, and they should be flush with the ends of the 2x6s.
5. Attach the 4x4s to the base of the cart with 2-inch wood screws. The 4x4s should be placed on the outside of the 2x6s, and they should be flush with the ends of the 2x6s.
6. Cut the plywood to the following size:
* 4 feet x 8 feet
7. Attach the plywood to the top of the cart with 2-inch wood screws. The plywood should be flush with the edges of the cart.
8. Attach the caster wheels to the bottom of the cart with 3-inch wood screws. The caster wheels should be placed on the outside corners of the cart.
9. Drill a 5/8-inch hole in the center of the plywood.
10. Insert the eye bolt into the hole and secure it with the carriage bolt, washer, and nut.
11. Attach the garden hose to the eye bolt.
