Materials
1 sheet of 3/4-inch plywood (4 feet x 8 feet)
4 pieces of 2x4 lumber (8 feet long)

Instructions

Step 1: Cut the plywood

Using a circular saw, cut the plywood to the following dimensions:
1 piece: 36 inches x 24 inches (bed of the wheelbarrow)
2 pieces: 24 inches x 12 inches (sides of the wheelbarrow)

Step 2: Assemble the frame

To assemble the frame, you will need to cut the 2x4 lumber to the following dimensions:
2 pieces: 24 inches long (front and back crossbars)
2 pieces: 36 inches long (side rails)

Once you have cut the lumber, assemble the frame by attaching the crossbars to the side rails using wood screws. The inside dimensions of the frame should be 36 inches x 24 inches.

Step 3: Attach the bed

To attach the bed to the frame, you will need to cut two additional pieces of 2x4 lumber to the following dimensions:
2 pieces: 24 inches long (bed supports)

Attach the bed supports to the inside of the frame, flush with the bottom edge. Then, place the plywood bed on top of the bed supports and secure it with wood screws.

Step 4: Attach the sides

To attach the sides, you will need to cut two additional pieces of 2x4 lumber to the following dimensions:
2 pieces: 24 inches long (side supports)

Attach the side supports to the inside of the frame, flush with the top edge. Then, place the plywood sides on top of the side supports and secure them with wood screws.

Step 5: Attach the handles

To attach the handles, you will need to drill two holes through the top edge of the back crossbar, spaced 12 inches apart. Cut the 1-inch diameter dowel to a length of 36 inches and insert it through the holes. The handles should be flush with the back edge of the wheelbarrow.

Step 6: Attach the wheels

To attach the wheels, you will need to drill two holes through the center of the axle, spaced 24 inches apart. Insert a bolt through each hole and secure it with a nut and washer. Then, attach the wheelbarrow frame to the axle by inserting the axle through the holes in the side rails. Secure the wheels with nuts and washers.
