Materials



1/2 yard of faux leather
1/2 yard of canvas
1/2 yard of cotton
1/2 yard of fusible fleece
1/4 yard of webbing
1 magnetic snap
1 grommet
Thread

Instructions


1. Cut out the following pieces from the faux leather, canvas, and cotton:
2 rectangles from the faux leather, measuring 10" x 5"
2 rectangles from the canvas, measuring 10" x 5"
2 rectangles from the cotton, measuring 10" x 5"

2. Fuse the fusible fleece to the wrong side of one of the faux leather rectangles.

3. Sew the faux leather rectangles together, right sides facing, around the edges, leaving a 2" opening on one side.

4. Turn the bag right side out and press the seams.

5. Topstitch around the edges of the bag, close to the seam.

6. Cut a 10" piece of webbing and fold it in half. Sew the ends of the webbing to the top corners of the bag.

7. Cut a 2" piece of webbing and fold it in half. Sew the ends of the webbing to the bottom corners of the bag.

8. Cut a 2" circle from the cotton and sew it to the center of the front of the bag.

9. Sew the magnetic snap to the center of the cotton circle.

10. Cut a 1/2" circle from the canvas and sew it to the center of the back of the bag.

11. Sew the grommet to the center of the canvas circle.

12. Thread a piece of cord through the grommet and tie it off.
