1/2 cup (120g) shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
To make the dough, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Stir in the warm water until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5-7 minutes, or until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it in half. Roll out each half into a 12-inch (30cm) circle.

Tips
For a crispier crust, preheat your baking stone or pizza stone in the oven before baking the pizzas.
If you don't have a rolling pin, you can use a wine bottle or a can to roll out the dough.
