* With the tri-point Y0 screwdriver, remove the two screws securing the inner frame to the motherboard.
4. Detach the Motherboard
* Gently lift the motherboard away from the phone frame.

5. Disconnect the Display Cable
* Use the tweezers to disconnect the display cable from the motherboard.
* The display cable is usually located near the top or bottom of the motherboard.
6. Remove the Old Outer Screen
* Use the heat gun or hair dryer to soften the adhesive securing the old outer screen.
* Insert the plastic opening tools into the gap between the outer screen and the phone frame.
* Carefully pry up the outer screen and detach it from the frame.
7. Install the New Outer Screen
* Align the new outer screen with the phone frame.
* Apply a thin layer of adhesive around the edges of the screen.
* Carefully press the outer screen into place, ensuring it aligns properly.
8. Reconnect the Display Cable
* Connect the display cable to the motherboard by gently pushing down on the connector.
* Make sure the cable is fully seated.
9. Reinstall the Motherboard
* Place the motherboard back into the phone frame, aligning the screw holes.
* Secure the motherboard with the tri-point Y0 screws.
10. Reconnect the Battery
* Connect the battery connector to the motherboard by pushing down on the plastic tab.
11. Reattach the Back Panel
* Align the back panel with the phone frame and press it into place until it clicks.
* Insert the screws to secure the back panel.
12. Test the Phone
* Power on the phone and test the outer screen for any functionality issues.
* If the outer screen is working correctly, you have successfully replaced it.
