DIY Piggy Phone Case Tutorial201


Materials:
Pink felt
Black felt
White felt
Pink thread
Black thread
White thread
Scissors
Needle
Pattern (provided below)
Stuffing (poly-fil or cotton balls)

Instructions:Step 1: Cut out the felt pieces

Print out the pattern provided below.
Cut out the body, ears, snout, and nostrils from pink felt.
Cut out the eyes and mouth from black felt.
Cut out the cheeks from white felt.

Step 2: Sew the body

Pin the body pieces together, right sides facing.
Sew around the edges using pink thread, leaving an opening at the bottom for stuffing.
Turn the body right side out and stuff it firmly.
Sew the opening closed using pink thread.

Step 3: Attach the ears

Pin the ears to the top of the body, slightly overlapping the center.
Sew around the edges of the ears using pink thread.

Step 4: Attach the snout

Pin the snout to the front of the body, just below the ears.
Sew around the edges of the snout using pink thread.

Step 5: Attach the nostrils

Pin the nostrils to the snout.
Sew around the edges of the nostrils using black thread.

Step 6: Attach the eyes

Pin the eyes to the body, slightly above the snout.
Sew around the edges of the eyes using black thread.

Step 7: Attach the mouth

Pin the mouth to the body, just below the snout.
Sew around the edges of the mouth using black thread.

Step 8: Attach the cheeks

Pin the cheeks to the body, just below the eyes.
Sew around the edges of the cheeks using white thread.

Step 9: Finish the phone case

Insert your phone into the phone case.
Enjoy your new piggy phone case!

Tips:
Use a small back stitch to sew around the edges of the felt pieces for added durability.
If you don't have pink thread, you can use white or black thread instead.
You can use any color felt you like to make your piggy phone case.
